Preferred Maintenance


With every installation that we have for the emergency power system, we will offer a maintenance contract. This is molded to every customer’s wants and needs for the system. For this reason, every contract is unique and can be as extensive or relaxed as a customer wants. Generally, the Preferred Maintenance Agreement can have our certified technician come on-site to inspect, test, and log all tests and readings done. We recommend a yearly maintenance to be performed on any unit to extend its life and ensure that the unit will work when you need it to.

Load Bank Testing


Our certified technicians recommend that all generators undergo a load bank test on an annual basis. This test is an essential piece of a comprehensive preventative generator maintenance plan. This is especially important for standby and emergency generator sets that do not run very often. Benefits include: verifies the capabilities of the generator, discovers problems before excessive damage, helps avoid wet-stacking, and provides assurance for a working product.
